The Bump

The bump… non existent at first,

Then teenier than a dot.’

In just under 9 months,

The bump grew a lot.

From a mixture of two,

Combined with love you’re a being,

So soon in the World,

You’ll be learning and seeing.

Mummy and daddy can’t wait to meet you.

Granny and Poppy feel the same way too.

Nanny and ‘Aldad’ are very excited,

And ‘Nandad’ is too.

Everyone’s just delighted.

So little one hurry up,

Come out to play soon.

You know that everyone

Will be over the moon.
